ProdataKey Mobile App

Starting June 1, 2025, you will be required to install an Application on your Phone to access the Club Lounges.

You will receive an email from ProdataKey with instructions on setting up the ProdataKey app on your phone.

INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU CAN OPEN EMAIL ON YOUR PHONE

1) Open the ProdataKey email on your Phone

2) Download and install the App from the link on the emai you received (do NOT open the app at this time)

3) If prompted, you must grant access to the app on your phone

4) Return to the ProdataKey email on your Phone

5) Tap the ACTIVATE button on the email

You are now setup to use your phone. Just hold your phone next to the reader at the Lounge door and you will be granted access!

IF YOU CAN NOT OPEN EMAIL ON YOUR PHONE

You will receive an email from ProdataKey. It will look like the following example.

This is just a print screen. There are no links in the sample email.

1) Download and install the Prodata Key app from the App Store or Google Play

2) If prompted, you must grant access to the app on your phone

3) Open the app on your phone

4) Tap the Account button at the bottom of the app.

5) Navigate to the Credentials Screen

6) Open the ProdataKey email on your computer

7) Enter the Activation Code from the bottom of the email

8) Tap Activate on your phone

You are now setup to use your phone. Just hold your phone next to the reader at the Lounge door and you will be granted access!
